Fred Green brings an entrepreneurial spirit to Alpha. His experience in various industries as well as real estate has taught Fred all the ins and outs of running a successful business. His 30 plus years of experience in owning and developing companies will be a determining factor in the growth of Alpha Electronics. His role in establishing companies the likes of Sony, Cloud 9, Omega and others gives him the experience necessary to guide Alpha Electronics.

Greg Biesiadecki offers over 35 years experience in sales distribution & manufacturing. Greg has the sales know how that will be needed to make sure that the customer comes first. During his 25 years in distribution, 4 years as a manufactures representative and 6 years in EMS sales, he has learned that customer satisfaction is number one. He strongly believes that the sweet taste of low price will definitely be soured should the product be delivered late or not meet the customers satisfaction. The customer is KING no if, ands, or buts about it.

Sergio's 20 years experience with SMT equipment companies and AOI automatic optical inspection has given him the uncanny ability to work with people. The knowledge gained through years in the industry will help Alpha Electronics meet and exceed the lofty goals set. As Sergio has said on more than one occasion: “Quality is job one; do it right the first time every time!’’

Maria’s 21 years in the EMS industry has given her the ability to work with people. She understands them and has the skills to keep everyone happy and productive. Most importantly, she Puts the customer first. She keeps the production floor moving so that parts are delivered “ON TIME ALL THE TIME.”  It is definitely what customers are looking for.

Brenda has been extensively trained on our SMT equipment, particularly our state of the art Juki line. She can set up and operate all of our EKRA, MPM, VITRONICS, UNIVERSAL, AMISTAR equipment as well as most anything else that pertains to SMT ASSEMBLY. Brenda is our SMT Line Lead.

Lupe: If it has to do with Hand assembly Lupe will get it done she has been certified and trained in repair of BGA’s and IC’s. Her training also includes our RPS selective solder equipment and our Mirtec AOI inspection. Lupe has been certified to train all our personnel on the proper techniques of RoHS SOLDERING. She understands and works very closely with Maria in making sure that all customers are satisfied with the final product.

Porfiria is our eyes before and after AOI.  She does final visual inspection and also AOI inspection. She has been trained and certified on our AOI equipment and the proper techniques of Rohs soldering. She believes in ZERO defects and works very hard at achieving that commitment.
