We have two production lines to meet your requirements:
prototype/small run, small to medium lot size, medium to high
volume. Certified operators maintain the fully automated high-speed
line. Our equipment has the latest software upgrades to ensure fast,
accurate placement. Fine pitch placement to 12mil and 0402 packages
and double-sided boards are within our standard service offering.
Through-hole Assembly
Our automated through-hole assembly line assures fast, consistent
placement of components. Our certified operators on Panasonic and Universal
equipment ensure you always receive a quality product. Odd-form and other
parts can be placed using our trained hand-stuff operators. Gluing, conformal
coating, and wave soldering, as well as any other hand operation are all
accomplished by highly skilled personnel.
BGA
BGA and MicroBGA components are placed using our state of the
art equipment with its vision system or mechanical centering capability.
The accuracy and repeatability of our equipment ensures perfect solder
joints. This expertise is backed up with the latest in X-ray technology
and our placement/repair station.
Design and Prototype
Designing a new product or redesigning an existing one ALPHA can assist

formats are acceptable for programming.

X-Ray Inspections
Most X-ray inspections are for BGA and MicroBGA components which are

you specify further X-ray inspections we can do it for you!
Box Build
A complete final product, assembled, tested and packaged. This will
further reduce your investment and simplifies the process of getting your
product to market in a cost effective manner. Our warehousing and shipping
capability will ship and take care of your customer requirements accurately
and on time the first time.
Conformal Coating
Our robotic equipment can place the coating where it is needed.
